Job Description:
A company is looking for a DOE Salesforce Agent.
Key Responsibilities
Provide front line technical support to remote users via calls,
email, and online service requests
Utilize technical skills and knowledgebase to analyze and diagnose
customer issues
Document issues and troubleshooting steps for escalation and audit
purposes
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust
clearance
Knowledge of IT support best practices
1-3 years of relevant experience in a customer service/support
environment preferred
Experience with common software and operating systems
