Gilbane is seeking a Supply Chain Professional II that is a project-driven individual contributor responsible for the data collection and reporting of supplier performance versus established KPI's, compliance with all spend initiatives including MWBE and sustainability budgets as well as new supplier identification, qualification, outreach and enablement of new vendor opportunities. The Strategic Sourcing Professional II will also proactively work with vendors to ensure compliance requirements are met. This role will sit primarily in the office. Who are we? Responsibilities









Collect & analyze vendor performance data from a variety of sources

• Manage discrepancy reconciliation with vendors
• Create and maintain price contracts
• Provide periodic Procore to Pay (P2P) system training to internal customers and suppliers
• Provide ad-hoc reporting, analysis and complete special projects as assigned
• Facilitate project teams by procuring & issuing contracts for indirect opporational equipment and services (high volume)

  EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics or related field
• 3+ years of Supply Chain related experience
• CPSM certification preferred
• Or equivalent combination of education and experienceKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to extract, scrub and format raw data exports
• Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Ability to delegate tasks
• Ability to work autonomously
• Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of eProcurement or P2P Solutions preferredSalary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For Providence, RI this ranges from $66,900-$92,000 plus benefits and retirement program.For Chicago, IL this ranges from $70,100 - $96,400 plus benefits and retirement program.
  For Arlington, VA and Boston, MA this ranges from $70,100-$96,400 plus benefits and retirement program.
