Full Spectrum Lab Services from CBRE offers a professional suite of

About the role
Under general supervision, calibrates, maintains, and performs
minor repairs for scientific instrumentation, including liquid
chromatography systems, gas chromatographs, spectrophotometers, and
laboratory data acquisition systems.

Qualifications

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required and
a minimum of four years of related experience and/or training.
Associates degree in scientific field of study preferred or
equivalent related work experience.
One to Five years of experience in instrumentation and control or
installing, calibrating, maintaining and repairing equipment or
equivalent experience is preferred.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Must have appropriate license or certification where required by
law.
Communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong
organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient,
timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to
effectively present information.
Financial knowledge
Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to
calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts,
and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.
Reasoning ability
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to
solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires
intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES
Experience with Desktop publishing, Microsoft Office Suite, and
Online Help.
Ability to read and work from blueprints, schematic diagrams and
specification manuals.
Requires specialist knowledge, training, and experience related to
analytical instrumentation to include selected technique groups
such as HPLC, GC, Liquid Handling, Automation, Optical Systems,
Biology and Chemistry Analyzers.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine
compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and
experience. The minimum salary for the LIS Sr. Tech position is
$85,000 annually and the maximum salary for the LIS Sr. Tech
position is $110,000 annually. The compensation offered to a
successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications,
and experience. This role will provide the following benefits:
