Description: 1st and 2nd shift available (7am- 3:30pm/ 3pm -
11:30pm)Part Time (24 Hours) and Full Time (32 Hours) All positions
e/o weekendNDHC du Lac Assisted LivingWorcester, MANDHC is always
looking for compassionate & caring individuals to further enhance
our mission!Responsibilities:--- Assist residents with Activities
of Daily Living (ADL), as needed, including transport, transfer,
mobility, mealtime assistance, and personal care and toileting
needs.--- Participate in all program transition times, including
daily arrival and departure, participant transporting, meals,
activity set-up and cleanup.--- Set up, distribute and clean up
after lunch and morning and afternoon snacks.--- Assist in
implementation of day program recreational activities with the
Activities Coordinator as needed.--- Complete daily ADL flow sheets
and other documentation as needed.--- Perform other related duties
