• Running pre-shift meetings to align the team

• Actively selling and retrieving wine during service to enhance revenue
• Supporting the host and service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Forming and maintaining relationships with guests to foster loyalty
• Enforcing policies and protocols to ensure consistency
• Running nightly reports to analyze performance
• Scheduling staff to meet business needs
• Training new staff to develop their skills
• Preparing for DOH inspections to maintain compliance
