A company is looking for a Defined Benefits Senior Client
Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert on defined benefit regulations and
compliance
Manage in-year revenue growth by focusing on project work and
upselling
Communicate regularly with clients at senior and executive levels
regarding client delivery
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in defined benefit plan administration
5+ years of direct experience in client relationship management and
project management
Ability to work with and influence all areas of the client delivery
business
Expert knowledge of defined benefits and client needs
Experience in managing client contracts and preserving contract
margins
