Job Summary
Conifer Health Solutions seeks a seasoned professional to lead the Patient Access department, driving process improvements and ensuring the safe, timely, and accurate patient flow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue cycle management and leadership experience in a similar environment.
Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Process Improvement
  Design and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance patient access operations, focusing on metrics-driven results and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Leadership and Management
  Lead a team of Patient Access managers and staff, focusing on growth, mentoring, and staff engagement. Develop and implement action plans to improve performance and achieve departmental goals.
  
• Financial Management
  Manage budgets and costs effectively, ensuring compliance with Conifer Health Solutions' financial policies and procedures.
  
• Communication and Collaboration
  Communicate proactively and positively with direct supervisors, staff, and clients to ensure seamless integration and effective problem-solving.
  
  Requirements
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
    
  • Three to five years of management experience in revenue cycle or a similar environment
    
  • Extensive knowledge of Patient Access operations and regulations
    
  • Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM) certification preferred
    
    Work Environment
